Jason Lincoln Jeffers is a painter, author, life and wellness counselor, urban shaman, and successful entrepreneur. He is over twenty years self-educated in the schools of transpersonal and Jungian psychology, as well as alternative medicine and nutrition. Jason went from being chronically ill for over a decade with chronic fatigue syndrome and numerous other "incurable" diseases to a state of perfect health and well-being.

Jason began his shamanic training and mystical schooling remarkably early. From the age of six, his 71-year-old father and spiritual guru began teaching him metaphysics, astrology, dream analysis, how to meditate and channel, and help him develop his innate psychic abilities. When Jason was born, his father looked at his hands and said to his mother, "These are the hands of an artist." Subsequently, he encouraged Jason to begin painting as soon as he could hold brush in hand. By the time he was nineteen, he had traveled around the world three times, speaking with his father on the radio, television, and lecturing on a variety of metaphysical, spiritual, and New Age topics.

In 2001 Jason's life was utterly transformed by an ancient mystical inner body experience known as a kundalini awakening. Bestowed with newfound creative abilities and verve, he focused his energy to manifest a company that would help to heal the masses with the same ailments that he had suffered from in the decade prior. In 2002, he propelled Sunlight Saunas (now Sunlighten) to become one of the fastest growing companies in America for three years in a row, making the coveted "Entrepreneur's Hot 100" list for 2003, 2004, and 2005.

Sunlighten and Sunlight Day Spa (co-founded in 2004) are companies dedicated to empowering wellness through products and services that provide drug-free pain relief, drug-free detoxification, drug-free stress relief, massage therapy, and whole body rejuvenation using state-of-the-art holistic wellness technologies such as far-infrared therapy and sound vibrational therapy.

In 2006 Jason sold his shares in Sunlighten to to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a visual artist. In 2007, while living in New York City and making frequent visits to the Guggenheim, the MET, MoMA, and hundreds of fine art galleries, Jason inculcated the graphic design skills he acquired from his seven years at Sunlighten with a synthesis of ancient mysticism and abstract expressionism.

In 2012 Jason self-published his first book, The Next Human ~ A Guide to Personal & Collective Evolution, which is the perfect literary compliment to his Multiversal Fine Art.
